Lots of businesses get in the “reactionary rut” when it comes to unique times, especially in the Desert. What are you doing to prepare to secure that last bit of business before the “season” ends and summer begins? One of our clients is thinking ahead – they’re promoting their summer services today, knowing that they’ll catch those snowbirds still here, get a jump on their “busy season”, and earn revenue now before their schedules compact. How are you looking at the next 60 days? Here are three tips to consider – One, start prepping your customers now for any upcoming changes in services or products. Two, have a plan in place to continue communicating with your best customers — help remind them to take action! Three, look at what you have done in the past to communicate with your clients — is it time for a change? As they say “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”! Feel free to let me know what you’ve done to help “lead your clients”!
Best of luck in the field!
